A boutique development of 4 villas which we have been creating in Marrakech for the last 3 years. The villas are in a fantastic location, rural and peaceful, yet only 20mins (12kms) to Marrakech medina.
In the last year roads have been upgraded and so we have fantastic access to
the medina.
There are great ammenities being built close by (but not too imposingh), even a new shopping complex. There are already 3 golf courses, and a supermarket within 10-15 mins, - and the area is rapidly changing and becoming very desirable.
The villas are unique in that they are secluded in rural farm land, not on a large development (more boutique), so you feel very in the 'real' Moroccan countryside - yet with easy access to the center of Marrakech, the airport etc. They are located on a road, which has been upgraded recently - in between the Road to Fez and the Road to Ouarzazte.
This project have been involved for some time:
1. For individual villas and 2. For the development
as it stands. Which is one completed villa, and the others at a stage where they would take 1 year to complete everything.
The villas are very attractive, the off plan homes can be
individually tailored with interior decor; It can provide a rental package with garanteed rent, and furnish the homes. It is planed to put a hammam and tennis court for the villas.
